Three contacts a week, two training sessions and one game/game training session. Across an 8 week period.
Location: Shepherds Park.
When: February 9th-April 5th
Training days/times:
Mondays.
U9’s 4:15pm- 5:30pm
U11’s 6:45pm- 7:45pm
Wednesday. (mornings )
ALL age group. 6:30am-7:30am
Sundays. (Competitive game/internal game/friendly)
7:30am-10:00am (depending on the game schedule)
NOTE: Players to purchase Training/Game top on Coach Monty Website.
