About Ethan Richards.
Having played football from a young age Ethan has been fortunate to represent clubs like Napier City Rovers, Melville United AFC, and now Birkenhead United. Each club has played a big role in his development, and has gained him valauble experience playing at this competitive level across different regions in New Zealand.
Alongside playing, Ethan has also been involved in some coaching and support roles — helping out with youth sessions and working with younger players where he can. Ethan take great joy and satifaction being able to pass on his footballing knowledge and expertise. Just as important to Ethan as the technqical work is also the character development he had this to say. “I enjoy building confidence in young players, and contribute to a positive football environment both on and off the pitch”.
